Yza Canja is the managing director of CMoney. She is one of Australia’s youngest and most successful finance brokers and she’s not your average finance professional. Yza has the skills required to place great strategies in your finance, helping everyday people build wealth and success. She has also attained her own property portfolio using none of her own money.

Having built a career in the finance industry for 9 years, Yza has worked on over $400M worth of finance deals. She started in a finance admin role, and through hard work, ambition, and dedicated learning she worked her way to the top to become one of Australia’s top brokers and finance educators.

At the age of 22 Yza decided that she would get out of the rat race and that property would be her vehicle. With no money to her name and a very low wage, Yza self studied finance applications and developed strategies to start as a property investor without any money, and within 6 months she achieved her goal of purchasing multiple properties with no cash.  Yza attributes the success of her strategies to understanding finance.

Today Yza has helped thousands of clients with finance strategies and their personal goals to be profitable property investors.  She has taught thousands of clients how to get their money working harder for them and how to save thousands off all their loans, as well as how to build their personal property portfolios with little or no cash.... whats more, Yza has fun whilst doing all of this.
